Over 12 years ago we started design on a new facility at another in north Prescott.  Design was completed shortly thereafter with the intention to move forward, then the recession hit.  The old design sat on the shelf for several years during and after the recession while the economy recovered from the downturn.  A few years ago, an opportunity came together for a new headquarters location in Prescott’s Airport industrial Park that created a pathway to a new office concept.  We brushed the dust off the old plans then re-started the design at the new location. We spent more than two years, designing and constructing a multi-phased project to first build the Airport Sewer Trunk Main Phase 2A that needed to be completed before we commenced work on Liberator Commercial which is the development and infrastructure that was needed to start Fann Headquarters.  It’s been a long road, but here we sit today in our new facility to lead us into the future at Fann.
