Coconino County Double A Ranch Road Pavement Rehabilitation, Phase 2

The project consists of reconstructing approximately 20,264 square yards of Double A Ranch Road, including roadway widening and shoulder improvements along the corridor. Work features 11-foot travel lanes with asphalt pavement safety edges, 3-foot roadway shoulders and buffer areas with guardrail in designated locations, 4-foot roadway shoulders along approximately 1.28 miles, and driveway aprons at private access points. Culverts are also replaced or modified as needed to improve drainage and roadway performance. Additional improvements consist of traffic control, survey and layout, roadway striping, signage upgrades, cattle guard repair and replacement, roadside drainage improvements, stormwater pollution prevention measures, and reseeding of disturbed areas.
