Our Employee Giving Program known as FEMAD, short for Fann Employees Making a Difference was created to promote making a difference in our community by having our employees join Fann in their charitable efforts.
Employees can voluntarily contribute to one or more of our six non-profit organizations directly from their pay- checks. Every contribution is matched dollar-for-dollar by the Fann family!
Since the program began, we have raised over $977,000 for our community and those in need. In 2024 we handed out checks totaling $79,795! We currently have 80 Fann Contracting & Fann Environmental employees participating in the program. Each of our Charities are so grateful for our contributions. We look forward to hitting our 1 MILLION DOLLARS raised this year, and we hope more of you will join in and be part of the this wonderful program!
