Fann employs equipment operators, CDL drivers, laborers, service technicians, lube technicians, pipe layers, carpenters, office staff, project and office management, and executive level positions. We are based in Prescott, Arizona, a beautiful mile-high city with moderate climates and small-town friendliness. We work throughout the state of Arizona, with an emphasis in the rural areas of the state. We pay competitive wages and offer excellent benefits including health insurance, a 401k plan, and have a profit-sharing program.
We encourage continuous improvement for all employees and provide free safety and construction skills training classes year-round. Many are given in both Spanish and English. For those interested, we have an active 3-year 6,000 hour apprentice training program for heavy equipment operators and for heavy duty repairers (mechanics).
